Park Avenue Duplex

Classic meets contemporary in a fresh new approach to Upper East Side living. This Park Avenue Abode pairs the work of exciting emerging designers with classical uptown elegance. With lots of contributors and unique aesthetics around the table, we all joined forces to turn a spacious Park Avenue residence into a study in sophisticated contrast. The result is a home that honors classic New York elegance with a decidedly modern outlook.

The Portal dining table made of thick Italian marble is by Apparatus.

We sought to strike the perfect balance between iconic furnishings and designs from emerging talents. Fresh, chic and full of exciting juxtapositions, the space is now a showcase for rising lighting designers in particular, alongside furnishings and textiles from established names.

New York, NY

A spacious Park Avenue residence is transformed into a study in sophisticated contrast showcasing the work of an exciting roster of emerging designers with mid century masters. This 19th century duplex was transformed into  a child-friendly contemporary oasis made for enjoying family time and entertaining friends. We opted to bring an edgy element to the Upper East Side by selecting young lighting designers like Bec Brittain, Lambert & Fils and Apparatus to pair seamlessly with timeless pieces by renowned figures like Vladimir Kagan.
